Isla Bonita Elementary School (IBES)

Isla Bonita Elementary School opened its doors in September 2000 with a total enrollment of 35 students. Unfortunately, that same year our newly constructed school buildings were completely destroyed by hurricane Keith. This was one of the biggest challenges experienced by the school and management. Nevertheless, it needed to be revived considering the important educational role it was to perform in society. With strong enthusiasm, motivation, faith, and courage, the management of Isla Bonita Elementary School faced the challenges and took a stand for a new start. Today, Isla Bonita Elementary School is dedicated to the education of over one hundred students and continuously strives for growth and development.
